Customer Service Associate for Front Counter $14.50-$16

The Customer Service Associate is responsible for greeting customers and providing effective customer service to meet customers cleaning and repair needs.

Specific Job Requirements

• Identify items dropped off by customer and tagging for tracking for proper return to customer.
• Operates till and handles payments accordingly.
• Scan invoices to a finished location.
• Keeps work area organized and clean.
• Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
• Displays excellent communication skills including presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills required in working with customers and including the ability to communicate effectively and remain calm and courteous under pressure.
• Less than high school education experience a plus or willingness to be trained
• Has advanced basic computer job skills including logging on to systems, ability to communicate by email
• Handles complaints, provides appropriate solutions and alternatives within reasonable timeframes; follows up to ensure resolution. Notifies supervisor of escalated customer issues/concerns.
