Window World of Northern Delaware is currently seeking to hire an honest, energetic and motivated, knowledgeable, and professional Sales Manager. An individual employed by this position has the potential to make a six-figure income, while leading a sales team to help grow an expanding company. Applicants should have a thorough understanding of construction and sales, in addition to an appetite for learning new skills and products.

The ideal candidate is one that has been in the construction and sales industry previously or has a considerable amount of experience in home improvement sales and construction. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, generating leads and closing sales, holding sales meetings, helping design consultants with any sales or construction question that they have. A Window World Sales Manager is working both on site (in office) and remotely. Weekend availability may be requested.
