Salary range: $20.14 - $26.74 /hour (Depending On Experience)

The Mental Health Associate
There are multiple temporary, part-time/on-call positions available for Mental Health Associates to provide coverage when additional staffing is needed in two licensed residential programs (the Enhanced Care Facility and Residential Treatment Facility). Hours will vary based on program needs. When shifts are available, on-call staff are contacted and asked if they would like to be scheduled to work. MH Associates provide behavioral health services to older adults and adults with disabilities who experience serious & persistent mental illness and co-occurring medical conditions. The MH Associate will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver individualized, person-centered services and supports to program residents, implement individual service & support plans and behavioral support strategies, facilitate group activities, offer individual skills training, and document services provided. The expected duration for these positions is one year.

This is a non-benefitted, non-bargaining position.

The Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in human services related field is required or a combination of one years’ work
experience and two years’ post high school education or a high school diploma and at least three years’
relevant work experience. Must qualify as a QMHA. A valid Oregon driver’s license is required. Experience working in licensed residential setting/Enhanced Care Facility environment serving older adults strongly preferred. Will be subject to successful completion of a background check.
