Job Summary: The Interventional Radiology Neuro Team Lead will coordinate daily workflow and scheduling/procedural activity of Neuro-Interventional Services. Provides coordination and direction for technical staffing within Neuro work team. Day-to-Day Neuro procedural add-on coordination. Management and coordination of all Neuro Angiography equipment repairs and PMs. Maintain dose monitoring requirements for Neuro procedures. Will be required to evaluate room utilization, optimization and overall growth opportunities for Neuro-IR services. Actively participate in Stroke Quality QA metrics and attend meetings. May be required to assume work duties in absence of Assistant Director or Location Manager within IR department. Will be required to have input on stock control and replenishment (Lawson requisitions/PAR evaluations and New product evaluation). Provides input to management for budget preparation and capital equipment recommendations in relation to Neuro services. Performs other related duties as assigned by authorized personnel.
Minimum Qualifications:

AAS in Radiologic Technology or equivalent. NYS License/Registration or eligible; and ARRT. VIR and CPR certified; Registration certification for contrast injection required (must obtain within 3 months of appointment). Diagnostic Radiology experience and a minimum of 5 years Vascular Interventional Radiology experience required.

Work Days:

Shift and hours to be determined. Will participate in on-call schedule on a rotational basis. May be required to work evenings/nights/weekends and holidays.
