Full-Time Medical Assistant or LPN needed for a busy Dermatology Clinic in Kearney, Nebraska! The successful candidate will need a Medical Assistant certification or LPN license. Responsibilities for this position include assist physician with procedures, local anesthesia, scribe progress notes, patient education. Answer phone calls and direct patient care. Perform procedures such as chemical peels and photodynamic therapy. Obtain patient history and prepare them for the physician, complete progress notes before physician examines the patient. Clean rooms after patients, restock rooms as needed during the week. Input data for quality federal program, sterilize instruments. Experience is not necessary for this position, and we are excited to train the right candidate. We do require a hard work ethic and willingness to learn, so our clinic and team will see the optimal level of success possible for our patients. A basic understanding of patient care and medical terminology will be an advantage in this position. The schedule will be daytime hours Monday through Friday, with no weekends.
