Position Summary/Essential Duties:
Serves as a consultant to the Smooth Transitions to Adulthood with Rainbow (STAR) team, parents of patients, and the Division of Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics and Psychology.
Serve as resource on transition activities for the Division of Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics and Psychology by participating in parent/family panels in the division seminar and other educational activities.

Experience & Knowledge: |
Must have personal or professional advocacy experience with children diagnosed with autism or other neurodevelopmental disability. In addition, must have experience with transitioning a child diagnosed with autism or other neurodevelopmental disability to adulthood. |
