Rockland Flooring, a manufacturer of laminated hardwood floors for the transportation industry has an immediate opening for a part time Invoicing Specialist. The Invoicing Specialist is responsible for invoicing customers while working closely with Sales Personnel.

Qualified candidate is required to possess:
* A High School Diploma. Some college preferred.
* In-depth knowledge of the sales invoicing process.
* Knowledge of order process including purchase order process, bill of material, packing list, etc.
* Must be able to work independently, plan and execute with little supervision.
* Proven proficiency in multiple software and Web-based applications (Great Plains Excel, Outlook).
* Excellent written, verbal and record-keeping skills. Must be organized, detail-oriented with high accuracy.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
* Work closely with sales to properly invoice all customers within 24 hours of product being shipped for three of our manufacturing plants.
* Maintain and update customer parts list in Great Plains.
* Help maintain and update the Order Routing Log.
* Monitor Customer accounts to keep information up-to-date.
* Occasionally make collections calls to customers for past due invoices.
