Field Supervisor - Carpet/ Floor Specialty

Supervise & coordinate activities of workers in installation of carpet & all types of flooring utilizing flooring installation experience of high quality carpet & flooring as well as commercial & residential. Utilize principles to optimize costs, quality, safety and/or performance. Resolve complex problems. Train and recommend firing or reprimanding. Analyze & resolve work problems Maintain time & product records. Inspect materials, estimate & requirement materials & supplies. 40 hours/week. 2 years experience.
