Performs tasks not limited to;

• changing light bulbs
• replacing ceiling tiles,
• installing paper dispenser units
• changing filters
• changing locks on doors
• minor decorative maintenance and other tasks not requiring a licensed skilled trades person or journeyman

Performs light maintenance service under the guidance of a qualified skilled tradesperson, including plumbing, carpentry, painting and plastering, machine servicing, electrical repairs and installations.

• High School Equivalent / GED 
• Certifications are encouraged but not required
•  Minimum 1 year of experience doing generalist work, preferably in a healthcare setting, required.
