Fiduciary Administration Paralegal

 Timothy H. Guare, PLC, a boutique estate planning law firm in the West End of Richmond, Virginia, seeks a full-time paralegal to join its busy and well-established estate planning and estate administration practice.  Ideal candidates will have several years of experience working with fiduciary administration clients in a law firm, a financial institution, or an accounting firm. 

Qualified candidates must have the ability to work independently, excellent written and oral communication skills, highly-developed organizational and administrative skills, careful attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analyzing financial records.  Experience in preparing tax returns a plus but not required.  Must be a self-starter and a team player.  Must demonstrate a positive, mature, and professional commitment to client service.
