Facility Maintenance

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Under the direction of the Chief Appraiser is responsible for maintenance of LCAD building, grounds, and personalty.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

High School diploma or GED certificate. Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years previous maintenance experience. Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals and vendor contracts.

Basic knowledge of building repair and maintenance. Basic computer knowledge. Ability to lift and move materials and equipment.

Communicate effectively orally and in writing. Ability to reason and set priorities. Work effectively both independently and with others.

Organize and plan work effectively. Commitment to providing exceptional public service. Must have a valid Texas driver’s license with a verified acceptable driving record. Must have a telephone or point of contact.
