Ledge Light Health District

We are currently recruiting for a Full-Time Recovery Navigator to support our efforts to prevent overdose in our community. This team member will work with people living with opioid use disorder and who are justice involved and are enrolled in a current research study with Yale University. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working with community members to promote health and address barriers to health and experience with the substance use disorder recovery process. The ability to communicate in both Spanish and English is highly preferred.
