Job Summary | JOB SUMMARY
Transformative Learning (TL), housed in the Office for Student Success, is a centralized student support unit on campus, a student’s one-stop shop for on-campus academic resources. WHAT IS AN INTEGRATED SUCCESS COACH TEACHING ASSISTANT? Integrated Success Coach (ISC) Teaching Assistants at the University of Kentucky are individuals who take a holistic approach to working with students to assist them in achieving their goals and finding college success. ISC TAs are specially trained to ask students non-judgmental questions to help them get the clarity they need to be successful. In a typical coaching session, an Integrated Success Coach TA partners with a student to design personalized action plans around topics such as Academic Life Skills, Careers, Finances, Leadership, First Gen, and Wellness. ISC TAs truly value and enjoy working with students, faculty, staff, and partners.
