Production Manager We are a steel manufacturing company seeking an experienced Production Manager with metal fabrication background. The Production Manager provides leadership and direction including overseeing plant production, materials, equipment and tools. The candidate should have experience in production scheduling and goals, training and development of production personnel, safety and quality, as well as shop floor experience in welding, laser cutting and fabrication. Computer experience is essential. This position requires 5 years production supervisor experience; a college degree is preferred. We offer a competitive benefits and compensation package.
