Foster Family Agency Social Worker

The Foster Family Agency Social Worker (SW) provides case management services directly to children, youth and families. The SW coordinates, conducts and documents assessments, screenings, child and family meetings, related program training, case plans, home visits, case documentation, reports, interventions, on-call support which facilitates successful outcomes for children, youth and families. Requirements: Master's Degree in Social Work or related discipline, Minimum 3 years' experience in Child Welfare Services,  Minimum 3 semester/100 of field practice or experience in a public or private social service agency setting at the Masters' degree level Knowledge and experience in "Trauma Informed Care" µ FBI, DOJ and Child Abuse Index Clearance, TB/Health Physical, Valid CDL and clean driving record. Bilingual Spanish is a Plus!
