Carey & Giampa Rentals LLC, a leader in summer vacation rentals, winter & year round properties throughout the Seacoast Region, is seeking a Part-Time Associate.

Compensation rate of $22.50/hour. Real Estate Licence holders are eligible to earn commissions & referral fees.

Preferred Qualifications Include:

• Real Estate background helpful but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive & Social Media Platforms. Ability to learn business-specific data platforms.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Effective listening & communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented approach to work with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Flexibility to meet the workload needs of the department (e.g., weekends).
