University Hospitals Home Care Services focuses on the delivery of high quality care and compassion in the homes of our patients.  Our Registered Nurses provide safe efficient age specific nursing care to patients using the nursing process in order to assist them to attain, maintain, regain, and sustain optimal health status.

• Implements the nursing process by delivering effective relationship based nursing care.
• Demonstrates technical skills in care delivery that result in safe practice and positive care outcomes.
• Demonstrates clear communication and effective collaboration to optimize patient care and clinical operations. Develops self and contributes to the professional practice of nursing.

Sign-on Bonus:  This position is eligible for a $6000 sign-on bonus to eligible candidates.  Eligible candidates must be newly hired to UH and have at least 1yr of RN experience.

Qualifications

• 1yr RN experience required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program required, BSN preferred.
• RN licensure in the State of Ohio required
• BLS Provider Certification, issued by the American Heart Association, must be obtained during Nursing Orientation.
• Valid Driver's License
