Utilize industrial engineering technical knowledge to effectively maintain production to QMS – IATF 16949, ISO 9001, EMS 14001 standards and lead improved quality, increased profitability and achieved high level of customer satisfaction. Monitor
customer portals, including Paccar, Volvo, Daimler, Navistar and Oshkosh to address customer issues and to direct PPAP
submissions, failure analysis for customer/ internal/supplier
concerns and work with engineering and production to
resolve issues. Perform Root Cause Analysis and prepare
corrective actions and verification of CAR implementation. Manage finishing fixture validation, gage checking, new
product PPAP preparation, internal audits, KamiShibai audits, quality metrics reporting, and scrap reporting. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and five years of
progressively responsible industrial engineering experience with interior automotive parts for manufacturing facilities in the
