Desired candidate will be responsible for the effective administration of personnel policies, federal and state regulatory compliance, recruiting, benefits, employee development and training, leave and return to work programs. Bilingual (English/Spanish) required. Proficient with Microsoft Office programs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Salary is commensurate with experience.
