LOCATION:     Kickapoo Tribal Health Center, McLoud, Oklahoma

General Description:

This position is organizationally falls under the Health Director of the Kickapoo Tribal Health Center as operated by the Kickapoo Tribe of Oklahoma. Operational hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., or as needed to better serve the community. The purpose of this position is to collect data on Community Health to reduce risk and chronic disease prevention. Incumbent will analyze, plan, develop, and coordinate outreach/education/training to the community as well as KTHC staff.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors Degree or higher in Public Health or Community Health
• Experience: Minimum of two (2) years working in a clinical setting    

In addition:

• Ability to communicate in an effective and professional manner
• Must be computer literate, and have strong office skills
• Current Oklahoma Nursing License with no restrictions required

Mandatory Requirements:

• Must have OSBI clearance
• Must submit to and pass pre-employment and random drug screening
• Must have valid State or Government issued ID
