Delfasco is a world-class

defense manufacturer hiring production employees for our manufacturing facility

located at 1945 Scott Farm Road in Afton, Tennessee.

• We hire directly into full-time employment. No temporary services are ever used.

On the spot job offers will be made so there will be no delay in starting employment

• Schedule a tour of our facility and have a personal interview with the Human Resources department and the Delfasco team.

• Now hiring for our first shift which is 7am – 4pm Monday - Friday

• Delfasco employs year-round. There are no seasonal layoffs.

• Competitive wages plus substantial pay increases are available after 90 days and upon one year of employment. Wage increases are based on performance, reliability and personal contribution.

• Benefits include medical, dental, life, 401k and holiday pay after 90 days of employment.
