Cardiology Physician – Advanced Heart Failure

CentraCare Clinic, St. Cloud/MN. Requires MD/DO or foreign equivalent. Must have MN medical license; Board Cert. in cardiology/cardiovascular medicine; board certified/board eligible in advanced heart failure. Must have exp. treating patients with advanced heart failure & related conditions, collaborating with other clinicians on cardiology related research trials/studies. Must also possess experience with CardioMEMS, left ventricular assist device (LVAD), Extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO), impella and right-sided impella. Experience may have been gained as part of residency or fellowship program. May provide outreach to CentraCare Clinic/Sites in Stearns & surrounding counties in MN and telehealth services.
