An entertainment facility is seeking Custodians to clean buildings, ground, and equipment.  You will   You will work first shift from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and also second/third shift, which consist of Monday through Thursday from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. some Saturday hours, events, and shows.   

Duties:

• Provide cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and maintenance of buildings, grounds, and equipment
• Clean office spaces, common areas, and bathrooms
• Dust, vacuum, mop floors, and take out trash
• Perform and document routine inspections 
• Set-up equipment for programs and events
• Stock and maintain supply rooms and restrooms 
• Follow all health & safety regulations
• Perform other duties and special projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• Must have prior custodial and maintenance experience and able to operate custodial equipment
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be computer literate 
• Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions while being detail-oriented
• Must be able to work successfully under pressure to meet deadlines and goal
• Must have the ability to follow all health and safety protocols
