SafeCampus, a unit of UWHR, has TWO outstanding opportunities for Violence Prevention and Response Specialists.

SafeCampus’ mission is to foster a safe and supportive UW community. We strive to help faculty, staff and students prevent violence and be prepared to respond when it occurs by providing direct-support to individuals, triaging reported situations, managing the threat assessment process, and connecting individuals with supportive resources. The violence prevention & response specialist is key to successfully identifying risks and threats, connecting individuals with resources, applying UW protocols and policies, and collaborating with campus partners.
