PAYROLL MANAGER
Responsible for all payroll functions to assure accurate and timely completion of agency payrolls. Significant, progressive experience processing payrolls over a six year period. A Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Business Technology, IT Administration, or closely related field may substitute for three years' experience. An Associate degree in these fields may substitute for two years' experience. Expert working knowledge of wage and hour regulations and federal and state statutory deductions requirements required.
Basic knowledge of grant- funded accounting regulations (OMB) preferred. Specific experience with electronic timekeeping and payroll systems, including responsibility for systems administration, required. Accurate data entry skills required. Experience with payrolls of 50 or more employees required. Entry level pay for this position is $16.83 per hour. Pay is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
