COMMUNITY BASED

FAMILY THERAPIST

(Bilingual-Spanish/English)

Provides individual and family therapy and case management, working

collaboratively with both internal and external resources in the home,

school, community, and within TCC. Carries a caseload of both English

and Spanish speaking cases. Position requires working ability to speak and

understand Spanish language and Latin-American culture. Will be part of

a small team starting a satellite office of Tennyson Center in Weld County,

CO to provide community based services to local families. Living in Weld

County is not required.

Education and Experience Equivalencies:

Master of Social Work or a graduate degree in a related field.

Post-graduate work experience preferred treating families and children.

Family therapy skills and theory base required. Looking for a clinician

with a framework that incorporates a solution-focused, trauma- informed

approach and is strength-based.

Skills in connecting families with the use of community resources.

Fluent in Spanish required.

Flexible 4 day a week schedule.

Strong initiative in building positive relationships and maintaining

excellent communication with community partners and team members.

$1500 bonus. Applicant will receive a car, phone and laptop.
