Under the supervision of the Clinic Manager or Physician, the Licensed Practical Nurse Coordinator is responsible for the delivery and management of patient care. LPN utilizes the nursing process, the healthcare environment and current technology to provide a climate which optimizes patient care and staff development. The LPN Coordinator will act as the backup to the Clinic Manager and will be responsible, in conjunction with the clinic manager, for the day-to-day operations of the clinic, personnel management, professional fee billing activities, quality improvement activities, training and input on strategic planning with the Clinic Manager. The LPN Coordinator will help the Clinic Manager oversee and implement the patient flow during clinics. They will assist and backup the Clinic Manager with administrative duties. The position is highly involved with helping manage daily functions and with working towards continuous improvement in a team environment.
