Are you outgoing and looking for a new career helping people?  If so, keep reading.  We are looking to fill immediate openings for Customer Care Center Representatives who will be a frontline support for incoming inquiries, handle product questions, process orders, and ensure first call resolution.  You will work Monday through Friday from 10:15 a.m. to 7 p.m.; however, training will be done for the first two weeks from 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. for the first two weeks.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of incoming request from customers
• Make outbound calls as needed to resolve customer issues, questions, and concerns
• Gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs, and educate the customer when necessary
• Process credit card payments
• Ensure all open cases are updated, assigned, and closed before end of shift
• Understand and adhere to company and departmental policies and procedures
• Adhere to key performance metrics
• Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED, some college is preferred
• Must have 2+ years of customer service experience in trucking industry, brokerage, sales/service or dispatching industry
• Must have proficient MS Office skills and be able to type 35+ wpm
• Must have strong communication, listening, problem-solving, and multi-tasking organizational skills
• Must be able to prioritize and manage time effectively with the ability to manage customer conflict while under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Must be punctual, meticulous, courteous, professional, and reliable
• Must have the ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Must be highly detail-oriented with the ability to provide follow-up assistance
