Early Intervention Nurse

Summit County is seeking a devoted caregiver looking to make a difference in a region that takes pride in our Public Health programs. This is a significant career opportunity for a dedicated and loyal Early Intervention Nurse who will provide entry level, professional nursing in early intervention of children 0-3 and their families, Nursing actions are directed toward assessment, treatment, case management, collaboration with professionals, and providing community resources to families in Summit and Wasatch County. Nursing will follow the policies of the Baby Watch Early Intervention Program (BWEIP) with the state health department.

Early Intervention Nurse I

Salary Range: $53,928.40 - $75,587.29/annually. Minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred. Two (2) years' experience in Clinical Nursing or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must possess a Registered Nurse License in the State of Utah and be in good standing. Must be CPR/AED certified withing three (3) months from date of hire. Must possess a valid driver's license issued by your state of residence. Must earn certification as an early intervention specialist credential within one (1) year from date of hire. May be required to attend continuing education courses or seminars as needed for pediatric nursing.
