ASSOCIATE DENTIST:

(Job located in Boca Raton, FL) Diagnose, and treat diseases, injuries, and malformations of teeth, gums and related oral structures. Examine patients' teeth, gums, and related tissues, to evaluate dental health, diagnose diseases or abnormalities, and plan appropriate treatments. Formulate plan of treatment for patient's teeth and mouth tissue. Advise / instruct patients regarding oral and dental hygiene, preventive dental care, the causes and treatment of dental problems, and oral health care services. Provide preventive, operative and corrective dental services using working knowledge of space maintainer, implant restoration, fillings, bridge and denture design, development and fitting procedures as well as bruxism and malocclusion treatment procedures using Invisalign systems and techniques. Treat diseases of nerve, pulp (including molars), and other dental tissues affecting oral hygiene and retention of teeth using working knowledge of the WaveOne endodontic systems and techniques. Perform oral or periodontal surgery on the jaw or mouth using working knowledge of extraction (including wisdom teeth), bone grafting and implant placement procedures. Administer anesthetics to limit the amount of pain experienced by patients during procedures. Prescribe antibiotics or other medications.

REQS:

DMD or DDS degree and 2 yrs of exp in the job or in dentist positions dealing w/ the listed procedures, systems and techniques.
