Parts & Service Manager – The Retail Store Parts & Service Manager is responsible for the management of all parts and service operations and personnel based at the Company’s retail store to maximize sales growth and support the overall Company goals. Duties include accountability for all store functions including personnel/customer safety, warehouse management, after sales, pre-delivery process, product support, truck mounting, shipping and receiving, proper data entry, and utilization of AS400, accounting software, and other KNA system tools used for wholegoods and parts inventory control, tracking and confirmations. A bachelor’s degree in business or marketing and/or a minimum of five years retail store parts and service management experience is preferred. Knowledge of farming/agriculture, experience in the heavy industrial or agricultural equipment industry, and knowledge of computer system use in warehouse management is also preferred. Field Service Technician – The Field Service Technician will operate a mobile service vehicle and travel to customer locations to perform in-field machinery diagnostics and repairs, in an efficient and cost-effective manner. These repairs will consist of, but are not limited to, complete component removal, disassembly, and reconditioning, following prescribed procedures. A vocational diploma in agricultural or automotive mechanics and a minimum of two years mechanical technician job experience or a minimum of four years of mechanical technician job experience in the areas of mechanics/repair, trouble shooting, electricity, hydraulics, machining, fabrication, welding, PTO driveline, torch cutting and air arc is preferred. Ability to use and understand voltmeters and hydraulic flow/pressure meters is also preferred. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license is required for all positions.
