Customer Service Representative

Warrington-based nonprofit currently seeking a candidate to fill the position of Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a pleasant telephone manner. Candidates must possess superior problem-solving skills, accurate data entry skills, basic accounting principles and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Utility billing software experience is a plus.
