VENDOR QUALIFICATIONS -15 years or more of experience managing and implementing energy programs such as Energy Savings Assistance Program (ESAP) and California Alternative Rates Energy Program (CARE) as well as familiarity with the Low Income Weatherization Program (LIWP) -20 years or more of experience implementing and running employment and training programs -experience with energy related training programs for solar panel installation, commercial, as well as residential, and certified weatherization training -25 years or more of experience working with farmworker programs in areas with large farmworker populations -a thorough knowledge of: light replacement (LED), appliance replacement, extensive weatherization, solar panel installation, energy audit programs, etc. -excellent organizational and prioritization skills -ability to work with detailed and confidential information -ability to function as part of a team -proficient oral and written communication skills -ability to meet deadlines and work in a timely fashion VENDOR must provide: -a fee schedule and structure, including hourly rates
