Caregiver needed for woman with Parkinson’s, who is in an assisted living facility in Healdsburg.

Looking for 10-to-15 hours a week, very flexible on timing, weekend times are available. Offering $23 to $25 an hour based on experience and capabilities. The applicant should live within 15 minutes of Healdsburg and should have both some caregiving experience and tech skills for managing emails, texts and zoom calls.

Patient is an interesting woman who has a form of early-onset PD that she has battled for 35 years; and was closely involved in the national effort to develop a Parkinson’s cure. Needs assistance tidying, feeding, and personal care beyond what the facility can provide. Some driving is required including errands and for occasional appointments. The Healdsburg facility has had a good track record through the COVID crisis and maintains numerous precautions. You must have a car, be insured, and have a good driving record.
