Guide (Direct Care Staff)

ROOTs Transition is a residential treatment program in Park City, Utah. ROOTs serves adolescent females 14-18 years old who have attachment, relational and/or developmental trauma. ROOTs currently has job openings for:  

• Full/part time overnight staff (Starting pay $16/hour)
• Full time day staff (Starting pay $15/hour)

Shift hours are 6:30am-2:30pm; 2:30pm-10:30; 10:30pm-6:30am. Must be able to work weekends/holidays.

ROOTs is looking for candidates who can:

• Work overnight shifts and stay awake
• Assist in basic chores
• Be actively involved in the supervision and safety of our clients
• Demonstrate compassion, good judgement, and personal boundaries with clients

Candidates must be:

• At least 21 years old
• Willing to learn and apply new skills
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening
