Digital Sales Specialist

Hagadone Media Montana is seeking an experienced digital sales and marketing specialist, with a competitive spirit and drive to bring our full suite of digital marketing solutions to the NW Montana business community. This salesperson will be responsible for new business prospecting and helping existing clients, while collaborating with our sales team to grow their expertise and client list. The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running leveraging their knowledge of consumer buying behavior and digital marketing solutions. This is a perfect position for an experienced, goal oriented, self-driven seller who has demonstrated success in digital marketing. You will need a strong desire to connect with prospects and clients to help them achieve their business objectives through effective digital solutions.

Primary Responsibilities: Produce and maintain a steady pipeline of active prospects in an effort to exceed revenue goals. Align with local sales team and other digital sales specialists to help them achieve digital success closing digital deals. Conduct efficient and effective client needs assessments in order to understand client expectations and business goals. Prepare and present strong presentations that illustrate client goals and our strategy to help them attain them. Monitor and analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations. Deliver excellent results and ROI for local businesses to ensure long-term success and client retention. Networking within professional organizations.

Qualifications: 2+ years sales experience as an individual contributor in a sales role. Digital marketing background (i.e. mobile, video, display, social, targeted email & search) Consultative selling leveraging multiple client solutions. Proven track record in exceeding monthly and annual revenue goals. Detail-oriented, someone who rolls up their sleeves and gets the job done. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
