Dynata, LLC seeks a Team Lead, Network Infrastructure. in Shelton, CT, to support 24x 7 Network Operations for LAN, WAN and wireless networks. Travel to continental United State sites such as call centers and other regional offices to support customer deployments, installations and maintenance activities. New Technology Deployment and System Integration Testing - Establishes enterprise level standards for the implementation of new technology deployments and system integration testing. Technology Planning, Evaluation and Documentation - Oversees the enterprise’s process for the evaluation of new technologies. Makes technical recommendations to the enterprise’s executive leadership. Establishes the standards and processes used to document network engineering designs, plans, maps, methods, procedures, problems, and repairs. Guides and mentors network engineers who support global network infrastructure. Performs design, engineering, implementation, maintenance, and upgrade of the local area networks (LAN)s, wide area network (WAN), Data Center and security infrastructure. Acts as the technical interface with vendors and other external stakeholders and reviews/makes recommendations on the network and/or security service/maintenance arrangements. Analyzes designs, develops, and/or maintains both hardware and software needed for network communications including local area networks (LANs) wide area networks (WANs), Data Center, the internet, intranets, and other data communication systems. Handle incoming technical escalations from Service Desk, Network Operations Center, and other support teams. Provide consistent solutions based on issues like traffic congestion, infrastructure upgrades and routine troubleshooting. Telecommuting permitted. 5% international and domestic travel to regional offices, sites and call centers in the Philippines and India. Salary range: $134,014.00 - $182,975.73 per year.
