RESPONSIBILITIES
(U//FOUO) Serve as an organizational focal point for enabling functions such as human resources, training, manpower, space, visits, property management, security, communications, budgeting, and other specializations for the organization. Provide timely and accurate responses and assistance within legal, policy and program guidelines. Recommend improvements to internal procedures and processes and work collaboratively toward implementation. Serve as a POC/liaison between the support resources of the organization effectively communicating relevant information with accuracy, clarity, and timeliness. Build and maintain working relationships and networks with customers, colleagues, and possibly external stakeholders. ' Serve as a focal point between SLD, College of Leadership & Business (A22), and NSA personnel engaged in assessments and/or courses. ' Build and maintain registrations/rosters for DLP courses and activities utilizing Event Registration System (ERS), Enterprise Learning Management (ELM), and Microsoft Excel. ' Assist with scheduling and room reservations for DLP. ' Send welcome letters to Senior Leaders enrolled in DLP courses. ' Perform administrative tasks in the ELM system of record for DLP courses. ' Support the successful administration of online assessments, ensuring they meet or exceed all security and OPSEC standards to protect privacy of data, personnel, and missions of NSA. ' Facilitate timely and useful assessment reports, maintaining database/records.
