Program Manager is responsible to plan and lead the successful execution of new or existing corporate programs on a global level which encompass the design and manufacture of complex, high performance, high value integrated metallic and composite assemblies for aerostructures and engine products for both the civil and military aerospace industries. Major tasks and responsibilities of the position include planning, directing and integrating the design and manufacturing operations to meet the program statement of work and to manage budgets. The program will be aligned with the company strategic plan and global tools such as SIOP (Sales Inventory & Operations Planning) and MPS (Master Production Schedule). Execution of continuous improvement (CI) strategies throughout all programs will be performed in conjunction with the global CI plan. Responsible for directing all resources necessary to execute and deliver the program to meet the customer requirements, including, but not limited to: engineering, development, supply chain, certification and qualification testing, commercial and contracts, operations, quality assurance, human resources, facilities, information technology, accounting and customer liaison. Must have Bachelors of Science Degree in Engineering or its foreign educational equivalent. Requires a minimum of five (5) years of experience as an aerospace program manager or managing the design and manufacture of in the field of aerospace and aeronautical parts, equipment, or systems.
