Review business cases with finance and project teams to ensure quality requirement costs are included. Lead customer Advanced Product Quality Planning. Participate in technical organization review for all change requests. Create prototype quality plan and ensure all product/process characteristics are transferred. Analyze customer requirements for PPAP and define information required for approval. Requires Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering and three years of experience performing DFMEA/PFMEA, conducting PPAP, assessing supplier quality, performing manufacturing site assessments, resolving quality and delivery issues, acting as supplier interface for issue resolution, identifying and managing design risks, Six Sigma, and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP).
