Claims Examiner – Residential / Commercial PropertyJob Description:Colonial Claims, with offices in Lexington, KY and Dunedin, FL is seeking an Inside Property Claims Examiner. You would be responsible for handling file review of residential and mid to complex commercial losses in multiple states.

Duties Include:

• Determining coverage
• Reviewing estimates
• Drafting coverage letters
• Negotiating settlements

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Residential / Commercial Property claims handling experience
• Must have Xactimate or Symbility experience and the ability to collaborate
• Active Adjuster License – 0620 – in home state
