Metro is seeking an Organizational Health and Development Manager for the Employee Services Division. Our ideal candidate is a dedicated people leader with experience leading, managing, supervising and directing teams to successfully achieve business goals in Organization Development and Human Resources. The successful candidate will have experience with organizational change and cultural transformation and proven/demonstrated ability to implement equity and social justice principles in all aspects of their work.
Employee Services Division. Through partnerships and collaboration, Employee Services recruits, develops and retains a high performing and diverse workforce, provides tools and support for success, and fosters an equitable, healthy, safe, and engaging work environment in order to maximize individual and organizational potential for all King County Metro employees and quality products and services for our citizens and customers.
The Organizational Health and Development Manager reports directly to the Employee Services Assistant General Manager and works in partnership with employees, colleagues and stakeholders to ensure that Metro provides a world-class organizational heath and development function to meet agency and customer needs.
