The Apartment Maintenance Techs roll is to have experience in apartment turnover, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall and general maintenance.  HVAC experience is a plus. Maintenance Tech must have own hand tools.

Apartment Maintenance Technicians perform a number of tasks, including carpentry, electrical, refurbishing, painting, and sheet rock repairs.

Also, a background check will be required.  We offer salary plus benefits for the Apartment Maintenance position.
