Started in 2008 by Mike Williams and Steve Orndorff, we began with the mission to “provide affordable, quality senior living care for our Residents, while providing a rewarding and enjoyable workplace for our Team Members”. We feel fortunate to have cared for thousands of seniors in Virginia over the last 10 years. We have 8 Campuses across the Commonwealth, caring for over 500 Residents by over 350 Caregivers.

Our goal is to provide seniors with the absolute best senior living care and our Caregivers are our best representation of that. As a result, we want to make sure our team receives great benefits and enjoys being part of our family. Aside from health and dental insurance, we also offer ample PTO, a 401k and fun team member giveaways throughout the year!
Opened in April, 2015, our Abingdon Campus quickly became the #1 Senior Living Community in Abingdon and Washington County.  Our Abingdon Team, led by Trista Wilson, does an amazing job in caring for each one of our Residents.
