Assistant Attorney General - Environmental & Natural Resources

The Office is currently seeking three attorneys who will work in the in the Environmental and Natural Resources (ENR) Division of the Office. Two positions are for Assistant Attorneys General (AAG) in the ENR Division. The ENR Division represents state agencies, the Office, and the people of Minnesota in matters impacting the environment and the responsible uses of the State’s natural resources. The third position is for a Special Assistant Attorney General to serve as a fellow sponsored by the New York University School of Law State Energy & Environmental Impact Center (State Impact Center).

Paralegal - Public Safety Division

The Office is currently seeking a Paralegal in the Public Safety Division of the Office. A paralegal in the Public Safety Division will support attorneys on a variety of state litigation and appellate cases, primarily related to implied consent and other vehicle and licensing related litigation, including drafting pleadings, assisting with discovery, interviewing witnesses, and other duties as assigned.

Student Extern – Summer 2024

Deadline to Apply: Applications will be accepted each semester until positions are filled
The Student Extern will be working with the Statewide Expungement Program and will be assisting with reviewing applications, maintaining files, and drafting proposed orders and stipulations.
