Site Supervisor (3 positions): Snowplow & removal; maintain commercial properties during snow using trucks with plows, salt speeders & skid loaders; landscape & ground maintain properties using power tools & equipment & hand tools; assist with fixing machines, organize shop, daily maintenance of trucks & equipment; perform regular invoice of tools & supplies; order supplies; supervise 3-5 Grounds/Maintenance Specialists- set schedule for team, signing off on timesheets, & providing feedback to individuals; interact with clients to provide information re: Projects; read site engineering plans, reading grades, general ability to operate necessary equipment; place trees, read site engineering plans & grades; use Track skid mower to move trees & shrubs, soil, Excavator to dig & transplant trees & lawnmower; train Grounds Specialist in pruning, plant install, fertilize, site excavation, lawn maintenance, mulching & sod install.

Requires: Lift & carry 50 lbs. Saturday work during busy season. 7 am- 7 pm Monday–Saturday from March - December. DOT Medical card. 2 years experience as a Grounds Specialist. Travel to job sites in Chester, Bucks & Montgomery Counties.
