Requires PhD in Computer Bioinformatics, Molecular Genetics, Biotechnology or related + 1year experience. Use experience with Illumina, PacBio, Nanopore, NextGen Sequencing technologies; GATK, Cufflinks, SAMtools, BAMtools, Cytoscape; ArrayStudio, Partek, Spotfire, Metabase, IPA; proficiency in machine learning, statistic modeling & data mining tools; knowledge of NCBI, Ensembl, ArrayExpress/GEO, SRA, TCGA, 1000 Genomes; ability to build custom software to leverage molecular genetics & work on next generation sequencing technologies & bioinformatics analysis.
