Powell Fabrication and Mfg., Inc., located in St. Louis, Michigan and in business for over 50 years, is a manufacturer of custom designed chemical processing and safety handling equipment. We currently have the following job opportunities available:

CAD Designer

Position includes creating PandID diagrams, electrical ladder schematics and instrurnent loop diagrams as well as preparation of layouts, assembly and detail drawings for products and machinery design. Ideal candidate will be proficient with 3D modeling, AutoCAD and/or Autodesk Inventor or other sirnilar software programs.

Electrical/Instrumentation/Controls Technician

Position requires skill in the areas of PLC, instrumentation, electrical and mechanical fields and includes a mix of factory fabrication, field service, programming, panel building, wiring, piping and other work typical of skid rnounted process equipment. Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science degree, preferably in electrical engineering. A two year technical degree or equivalent experience in electrical instrumentation will be considered. PLC experience required (Allen Bradley/Siemens preferred) and chemistry background helpful. US travel and intermittent international travel required.
