The Rocky Mount Housing Authority is seeking a qualified individual for a key executive management position to perform highly responsible administrative work in developing, implementing and coordinating an effective management system for the agency which includes strategic planning, accountability for fiscal and managerial results, agency-wide budgets and management of the agency's fiscal and administrative operations, including Accounting, Procurement, Inventory, Budgeting, and Management Information Systems (MIS).
Within these functional areas this position is responsible for performance that positively contributes to the agency receiving satisfactory ratings in Housing and Urban Development (HUD) agency performance evaluation systems, such as Public Housing Assessment System (PHAS), Section 8 Management Assessment Program (SEMAP), Home Ownership, or other future Housing and Urban Development (HUD) evaluation systems for a medium sized Housing Authority and non-profit Community Development Corporation.
