Primary responsibility is the accurate and efficient scheduling of Interventional Radiology Services at CMC. Representatives must use quality customer service techniques to ensure patient needs are met. Maintain professional interpersonal skills with patients, physicians and co-workers. Triaging Interventional Radiology Orders to other facilities as needed for ease of patient scheduling. Supports department operations. Customer service experience, preferably in medical field. Excellent communication and organizational skills required. Prior experience working with multiple physician practices to coordinate exams and obtain patient information. Detail oriented. Ability to multi-task. Extensive experience with computer systems including RIS.

High School Equivalent / GED CHAA preferred. 3-5 year radiology scheduling preferred.
